Administrators wear many hats, from handling communication and supply orders to managing schedules and organizing events. They play a pivotal role in the office, as nearly everyone relies on their versatile skill sets. Brandly gives admins a tool that saves them time and money while upholding brand standards.

imageEmployee self-ordering

Employee self-service (ESS) empowers employees with instant access to their information and to order business cards, reducing HR's administrative workload.

Tip: Add self-ordering business cards to the mix. The ROI for businesses is substantial, as it enhances efficiency and minimizes HR involvement in routine tasks.

Ordering for large teams

If you are an account admin, go to the "teams" tab on your dashboard and invite team members to self-order. Self-ordering is fast and easy - employees check their information, review a final proof, and check out.

Brandly calls it "auto-fill", but essentially the business card order starts already pre-filled from an existing employee profile. All that's left for them to do is check the information, make tweaks if needed, and click to proceed to checkout.

Approval workflow

When you allow employees to self-order, it may be prudent to setup an approval system to ensure that they're ordering the right things, in the approved quantities - and if they're ordering "personalized" products like business cards, that the information is correct.

In addition to setting up an approval workflow so admins can monitor and approve orders, Brandly allows admins to lock down a variety of fields and selections to direct employees into ordering the right thing in the first place. Consider locking down paper or substrate options, title fields (if they're pre-filled), and quantity selectors so employees "color inside the lines".

Change or cancel my order

If you catch a mistake after placing your order, email [email protected] at your earliest convenience. Most orders go into production within hours so the sooner you reach out the better. If we can catch the order in time, we will change or cancel it for you. We can make changes for you including:

  • type changes
  • quantity changes
  • change of delivery address
  • change order to rush delivery
  • cancel order

If the order is already in production, unfortunately there is nothing we can do except request that the order is not shipped if it hasn't left the production facility.

Reorders

There are two ways to reorder:

  1. Admins can log into their company portal and go to the "orders" tab and search for the previous order. Search for orderer's name, email, address, order number (six digit number), or any fragment thereof.
  1. Anyone with a current valid portal login can search for their order confirmation email and click on the "View Order" link then click "Re-order"

Payment

If your account is configured for credit card payment at checkout, we'll authorize payment when you place your order. Your card will be charged when the order is sent for production, usually within 24 hours of checkout.
