Shipping

Most orders enter production within 24 hours and are ready to ship within 72 hours. Shipping adds one to five shipping days, depending on your location. Most orders should arrive within seven to ten business days.

Shipping zones

Shipping zones impact delivery costs and delivery times significantly. As distance from the origin increases, costs rise and delivery times lengthen. Weight also plays a role, with heavier items generally costing more, regardless of the zone. At Brandly, we strive to produce your order as close to the final ship destination as possible to keep delivery costs low and turnaround times short.

US Production facilities

Currently, we produce orders in the following states:

  • Arizona
  • California
  • Florida
  • Minnesota
  • New Jersey
  • Ohio

Standard Shipping

For standard delivery, we use UPS Ground and FedEx. For business card orders delivered within the lower 48 states, shipping costs are always included in the price of your order.

Expedited delivery

If you need expedited delivery, please contact us, and we will let you know what we can do to expedite your order and how much it will cost. Typically, a surcharge of $25 or less is added to your order to expedite deliveries of less than 7 - 10 days.

Emergencies

From time to time, a customer has an urgent delivery requirement (e.g. a VIP needs cards for a trade show tomorrow). We can assist by placing additional orders to a local Staples retail print shop or similar to extinguish your five-alarm fire. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Delivery issues

Having shipped 100s of thousands of orders across the U.S. and increasingly around the globe, the most frequent delivery issues we see are:

  1. Incorrect address Remedy: Package returned to sender. We request that customer be proactive in sending us updated delivery information.
  2. Orderer unaware of delivery Remedy: Brandly responds to multiple requests each week to help customers track down delivered packages.
  3. Damaged or lost package Remedy: If your package is damaged or lost, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will reprint and reship your order.
