As an online printer, we know errors can happen. There are any number of reasons that an error might occur on a print project, from typos to file setup issues. Brandly's file uploader detects some but not all file setup issues, so that is a great start. Our quality team manually inspects each order we process for content problems.
Content errors
Brandly is not liable for printing errors caused by any of the following reasons:
- spelling
- grammar
- punctuation
- incorrect graphics and design elements
That said, Brandly production personnel visually inspect every order before it is sent to production to catch as many errors as possible to save you time and money. You will hear from us if we find a potential mistake in your project.
File setup errors
Brandly is also not responsible for improper file setup that may result in print production issues, including:
- bleeds
- crop marks
- product size
- Front-to-back orientation
- color transparency issues
- damaged fonts
File Inspection
Our software checks your product's size compatibility, and our team visually reviews your files for setup issues. We strive for a positive experience and perfection in all your online templates. Proper template setup matters significantly since many customers depend on them for numerous orders.
